All authors should have received a communication confirming the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts as part of the scientific programme of the 10th International Colloquium on Scientific and Fundamental Aspects of GNSS. (if not please contact the ESA conference bureau)
Authors’ Registration
All accepted authors are kindly requested to register to colloquium by July 31st.
In addition to the registration, please provide in the Submission Portal a brief biographical note (maximum 50 words) to be used for your introduction at the Colloquium. Please include your name, title, current position, institution, and primary area of research.
Remark: please let us know promptly any change of presenting Author and kindly ensure that the biographical notes provided are matching the presenter.
General instructions
In the Submission Portal the comments sent by the reviewers are now visible. The Authors are kindly requested to take into account those comments (if any) for their final presentation or poster. Please note: no update of the abstracts is expected.
For Oral Presenters: you will have 15 minutes for your presentation plus 5 minutes reserved for questions. Please prepare your presentations accordingly.
For Poster Authors: please note that the posters are to be provided in A0 format (841 mm x 1189 mm / 33.1 in x 46.8 in) in portrait orientation. You are kindly requested to bring your poster ready to be hanged on the first day of the Colloquium. Please note that no printing will be possible at Venue.
Proceedings
The authors will be given the chance to also submit a full paper to be included in the conference proceedings. The submission is not mandatory and the paper will be published as-it-is. More information on the full paper submission and template to be used will be provided soon.
Important Remark: please ensure that your presentation slides, papers (if submitted) and posters are suitable for public distribution. As in previous editions, the colloquium policy is to make publicly accessible the conference proceedings: therefore, we kindly ask you to verify and ensure that all content, including images and data, complies with copyright regulations and contains no restricted material. Publication Opportunities
As in previous editions, the scientific programme committee will identify and recommend for a peer review publication outstanding contributions. A publication opportunity will be soon available in a special topical issue of Elsevier’s Advances in Space Research (ASR) journal entitled Recent Scientific Advances in Global Navigation Satellite Systems and Technologies. The 10th International Colloquium on Scientific and Fundamental Aspects of GNSS invites the global research community, industry experts, and institutional partners to submit their high-quality scientific contributions, addressing the next generation of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and their scientific applications and opportunities.
The deadline for abstract submission is 8th May 2026.
