Registration

The registration opening for the 10th International Colloquium on Scientific and Fundamental Aspects of GNSS will be announced soon.

Registration fees

Please note that the fees indicated below are excluding VAT. The registration fees to the 10th International Colloquium are as follows:

Early registration (until 31 July 2026)	€ 790,-
Late registration (after 31 July 2026)	€ 900,-
Student early registration (until 31 July 2026)	€ 350,-
Student late registration (after 31 July 2026)	€ 400,-

The registration fee covers on a non-profit basis all expenses for the colloquium, like e. g. coffee during the breaks, conference bag with programme book, and daily lunches. The Standard Registration also includes a ticket to the Gala dinner. Student Registrations do not include a dinner ticket. Dinner tickets for students are subsidized and available via the online registration form for € 90,00 per ticket.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received up until 6 September 2026, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%;
Cancellations received as of 6 September 2026 will not receive a refund; however in individual cases of force majeure the organizing committee will take the cancellation fees under review.
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
