Submission Portal

To contribute to the Scientific Programme of the 10th ESA International Workshop on Tracking, Telemetry and Command Systems for Space Applications, submit your document through the below submission portals.
The call for paper is organised as two tracks: IEEE and Non-IEEE.

For Non-IEEE, the paper submission is organised as follows:

• Authors shall submit an abstract via an online submission tool, no later than 7 April 2025
• Notification of acceptance (or rejection) will be sent by email on 12 May 2025
• Authors shall send their camera-ready paper, no later than 30 September 2025

For IEEE, the paper submission is organised as follows:

• Authors shall submit a paper via an online submission tool, no later than 23 June 2025
• Notification of acceptance (or rejection) will be sent by email on 15 September 2025
• Authors shall send the camera-ready paper, no later than 27 October 2025
