The registration fees to the TT&C 2025 are as follows:

Early Registration from 19 May till 30 September and Late Registration from 1 October till 18 November 2025.
Participants outside Member States should register before 30 August 2025 due to security checks.
The registration fee covers on a non-profit basis all expenses for the conference, like e. g. technical support, coffee during the breaks, conference gadget, daily lunches and welcome reception. The registration does not include a ticket to the TT&C 2025 conference dinner. The price for a dinner ticket is € 90,-

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
- Cancellations received up until 25 October 2025, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%;
- Cancellations received as of 26 October 2025 will not receive a refund; however in individual cases of force majeure the organizing committee will take the cancellation fees under review.
- Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
