Exhibition

General Information

The 3rd ESA RAMS conference offers the possibility of an exhibition by companies offering tools and services for the domain of RAMS during the conference. With an expected number of around 120 experts in the field of RAMS or RAMS adjacent domains, the conference offers a perfect chance to present your products and services and to network with other experts in the field.

Location

The exhibition will be located in the same hall of the conference, the High Bay, an impressive industrial hall perfect for both presentations and showcasing different exhibits. The conference and exhibition area offers the opportunity for easy and free exchange outside of the sessions. The position of your booth in the High Bay will be assigned to by the organising committee.

Timeline

No pre-conference registration will be available for exhibitors. Exhibitors are expected to leave their gadgets and materials at their booth upon arrival on the morning of the first conference day. Registration starts on Tuesday 23rd of June 8:30 am. Exhibition stands are expected to be dismantled after the end of the last session/speech on the last day of the conference (25th of June, around 3/4pm). No activity at the exhibition stands is permitted during conference sessions or speeches.

Package and payment

The exhibition package costs 1000 EUR (excl. 21% Dutch VAT) and includes:

2 complimentary registrations
1 exhibition booth (1 table, 2 chairs, power and internet connection)

Registrations for exhibitors, as well as the chance to book a booth, will open in February.
