Programme

The conference will take place in ESTEC over three days, between June Tuesday 23rd and Thursday 25th. The detailed programme will be published as soon as possible.

Important information:

• The conference will start on Tuesday June 23rd at 8.30am with the registration. The opening speech and technical programme will start at 9.30am.

• On the first evening (Tuesday June 23rd), a welcome reception will be held within ESA facilities, with drinks and a light buffet.

• On the second evening (Wednesday June 24th), the social event will take place in the restaurant The Zeemeeuw in Noordwijk (in the dunes) at 7pm. The price of this event is included in the overall fee for the conference. Partners are welcome to join but need to pay the dinner price.

• The conference will officially finish on Thursday June 25th around 3pm/4pm. Afterwards, a free visit of the Space Expo (Space Museum next to ESTEC) is available on a first come, first served basis (with a limit of 60 people). The visit duration is of 1 hour with guide plus the possibility of 1 more hour by yourself.
