Registration will open in January 2026

Registration is required for all participants attending the 3rd ESA RAMS Conference. Oral and poster presenters are requested to register and pay the registration fee by before the deadline of 1 June 2026.

Early Bird Standard Registration - bookable from January to 26 April, 23:59 CET	EUR 280.00
Regular Standard Registration - bookable from 27 April to 1 June 2026	EUR 380.00
Registration Student/Retired - Discounted	EUR 100.00
Exhibitor Registration - opening in February 2026	Free

All registration fees include:

Access to all general and concurrent sessions
Refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
Entry to the Welcome Reception
Ticket to the Social Dinner
Conference kit and proceedings

More information

The 21% deductible Dutch VAT will be added on top of these prices during the registration process.
Any registration for ESA staff or companies providing proper documentation of them being exempt for VAT can be invoiced with 0% Dutch VAT. If your company is excluded from VAT, please provide an official proof via e-mail to the ESA Conference Bureau (ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com).
Lunch is taken in the main restaurant at ESA-ESTEC at own expense.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Tuesday 9 June 2026, 23:59 CEST. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before 23 May 2026, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after 23 May 2026, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
