The full registration fee includes:

Please note that the ESPC organizing committee offers to University professors a complimentary Student registration. 
Evidence of his/her status in relationship with the student shall be provided by sending an e-mail with the name and e-mail address of the professor and the student to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Student Registrations

The student fee includes all the points above except the Gala Event on Thursday.

Registration fee for Students (*)   * Excluding Gala Event	€ 350 per person
(Additional) Ticket Gala Event	€ 120 per person

Please note that a copy of a valid student card, or a letter of recommendation from the University is mandatory to apply for a student registration. This documentation has to be uploaded on the on-line registration form.

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.

The option to pay by bank transfer is the preferred one. It will be offered until 1 September 2019. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.

On site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted).

Cancellation policy 

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com) 

Cancellations received up until 1 September 2019 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% 
Cancellations received as of  1 September 2019 will not receive a refund 
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
