We welcome all registered participants to pick up their conference materials during the pre-registration hours on Sunday 29 September. The pre-registration will start at 16:00, and guests will be welcomed with a drink and small snacks as from 18:00. The pre-registration / welcome reception is open to all registered participants.

Conference Opening Cocktail

The official opening cocktail will be held at the conference centre on Monday 30 September. The conference opening cocktail is open to all registered participants and the drinks and canapes will be offered by TERMA.

Tuesday Cocktail

Date:           Tuesday 1 October

Location:      Palais des Congres d'Antibes


The Tuesday cocktail will be held at the conference centre on Tuesday 1 October. The cocktail is open to all registered participants and the drinks and canapes will be offered by Airbus.

Gala Cocktail & Dinner Event

Date:           Thursday 3 October

Location:      Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes

 
The Gala Dinner Event will be held on Thursday 3 October in the luxurious Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, located on the Croisette. It will start with a Gala Cocktail which will be offered by Azur Space Solar Power and the music during the event will be offered by Saft.

The attendance to the Gala Dinner Event is included in the full conference registration. The Gala dinner is optional for student registrations. Additional tickets for accompanying persons, and gala tickets for students, can be purchased for €120 per ticket. Bus transportation to and from Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, will be taken care of by the conference. Buses will depart from the Palais des Congres d'Antibes at 18.45.

The dress code for the Gala Cocktail & Dinner Event is Cocktail Attire.
