The registration for the 52nd ESLAB symposium is open.

Student registration	€ 100, excl. VAT *

* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU. 

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all sessions
• Refreshments during coffee breaks
• Access to the Welcome Reception / Poster Sessions
• Bus transport to the dinner venue and between the local hotels and ESTEC

Please note that the dinner ticket is NOT included in the registration fee. The cost for a single dinner ticket is  €45,- (excl. VAT). Also, session chairmen and authors are NOT exempt from registration fees.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

• Cancellations received up until 14 April, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of 14 April will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
