Abstract submission
The organisers invite prospective authors to submit abstracts for presentation at the conference. Abstracts should be submitted in English by completing the electronic abstract submission form.
Submissions are expected to contain the following information, so please prepare it before proceeding to abstract submission:

Authors must follow the procedures below for abstract submission. Abstracts that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted, so please read the instructions before proceeding:

Depending on the type of abstract and its content, the Scientific Organizing Committee may allocate it to a poster session rather than an oral presentation. Authors are invited to indicate their preference in this matter.
The deadline for abstract submission is 31 January 2018. Authors will be notified of the approval decision of the Science Organising Committee (SOC) by 28 February 2018. Authors whose papers have been accepted will subsequently receive instructions for the preparation of their paper for inclusion in the proceedings.

- Indication of presenting author

- Abstracts must be maximum 2 pages, including all material: text, figures, tables and references.
- Abstracts must be submitted in the template provided on top. The format for abstracts is Microsoft Word 2010, single column format. Body text should be Arial, 10pt.
- The abstract title may be maximum 40 words.
