The registration fees for IVEC 2021 are as follows:

* Please note that a proof of full-time student status will be required. A copy of a valid student ID, or a letter of recommendation by PhD supervisor or from the University is mandatory to apply for a student registration. This documentation has to be uploaded during registration.

The registration fees includes:

  • Personal access to the online event platform with individual login and password. 
  • Live access to attend interactive video-broadcasts of plenary and technical presentations on 27 - 30 April 2021. 
  • On-demand replay access to view the videos of the plenary and technical presentations from 27 April to 7 May 2021. 
  • Live access to the virtual exhibition area. 
  • Live networking with other participants via chat and video meetings. 
  • Access to the proceedings.


Online platform

IVEC 2021 will be hosted on the online platform “Let’s Get Digital”. It is a fully browser-based online tool that does not require any software installation from participants or speakers. To obtain the best experience for this tool it is preferred to make use of Google Chrome. Upon registration, and closer to the date, participants will receive an email with the login credentials to the online platform.

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank wire transfer. If you will select the option to pay via bank wire transfer, you must settle the payment within 14 days starting from the date of issue of the invoice. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. 

The option to pay by bank transfer will be offered until 9 April 2021. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. All fees have to be paid before the start of the event. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

  • Cancellations received up until 31 March 2021 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% 
  • Cancellations received as of 1 April 2021 will not receive a refund 

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
