Paper and presenter instructions
The conference proceedings for OBPDC 2020 will be available online for all participants after the workshop. Publication of a paper in the proceedings of OBPDC 2020 is contingent upon the receipt of the electronic version of the paper in PDF format not later than 19 September 2020. The author instuctions provide guidelines for preparing the required electronic format. Each submission should resemble these instruction sheets in format and style when completed. Please read all instructions thoroughly to avoid errors that could result in your paper(s) being omitted from publication.
Oral presenters should submit a paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings by the above mentioned deadline.The paper needs to be uploaded in the personal account of the main author; the account as created with the abstract submission.
In order to prevent problems due to connection issues during the workshop (and exclusively intended to be used as a back-up solution), all oral presenters are asked to prepare a 20-minutes recording of their presentation (video file of the slides with the accompanying audio description). There is a built-in solution for video recording in PowerPoint. You can find additional options in the following link.
This back-up video shall be delivered via the following secured repository no later than 11 September 2020. Please include your name and the paper title in the video filename. If you choose the end-to-end encryption, please send the associated password via email to mickael.bruno@cnes.fr .
