The registration fee for attendance to the workshop is 200 Euro (VAT not included*) and covers:

Payment policy
If you have selected the option to pay via bank wire transfer, you must settle the payment within 14 days starting from the date of issue of the invoice. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
Cancellations received up until 26 February, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 26 February will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
