Registration

The registration fees to the course are as follows:

• 1 week course excl. accommodation €2.400,- 
• 1 week course incl. shared accommodation in a double room €3.000,-  
• 1 week course incl. private accommodation in a double room €3.500,-  *

* It is possible to bring an accompanying person. If you do so, an additional fee of Euro 22.00 per day will apply. This fee includes breakfast only and needs to be paid directly to the hotel.

Registration includes the following:

• Course material
• Coffee breaks, lunches for the 5 days of the course and four dinners
• Welcome Reception
• Breakfast (in case accommodation is booked as well)

On-line registration is now closed. In case you wish to attend, please send an e-mail to the ESA Conference Bureau.

Please note that a limited number of seats is available. Registrations are handled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Accommodation

In case you book your registration including accommodation, the course organisation will reserve a room for you at the Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu.
The default check-in date in Sunday 13 May, and the default check-out date is Saturday 19 May.

Changing these dates, or extending your stay, is possible upon request. Please contact the ESA Conference Bureau.
