Venue

The conference organisation has pre-booked a number of hotel and residence rooms at the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik Hotel & Resort for special event rates. The rooms are sold out, but you still can send a request which will be placed to the waiting list.

• Single use standard hotel room / One bedroom Residence €150,- per room per night
• Double use standard hotel room / One bedroom Residence €160,- per room per night
• Double use Two bedroom Residence €300,- per room per night (1 single bedroom for each person with common living area)

The mentioned rates are per room, per night, on a bed & breakfast basis, VAT included (currently at 13% ).
Rates also feature a bottle of still water in the room on arrival day, free Wi-Fi, free access to the Spa, Sports Center and free outdoor parking.
Tourist tax* of 2,70 EUR per person per day is not included in the rate and is to be paid directly in the hotel.

Accommodation will be available on a "Run of the Resort" basis which will include accommodation in the hotel rooms in the hotel building and One-bedroom residences and Two bedroom residences in the residential part of the Resort.

Hotel Rooms feature a King size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony. 

One-bedroom residences feature a King size bedroom with a bathroom, living room, kitchenette and private balcony.

Two-bedroom residences feature two separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a private balcony, suitable for 2 to 4 persons (two bedrooms are considered and charged as two independent units/rooms).
