Social Dinner Details:
The Herold welcomes you with Mead, a German Honey Wine, to step into the Medieval world of Castle Auerbach at this themed dinner event. You can look forward to a wonderful menu centred around Turkey. A vegetarian option is available when preference for such is indicated during registration.

Letter of Invitation
If you are travelling from outside of Germany and need a letter of invitation in order to apply for a visa kindly request one from the ESA Conference Bureau via email esaconferencebureau@atpi.com.
Payment Methods
Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form.
Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.
Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 26 March 2024. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
Cancellations received on or before March 21, 2024 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
Cancellations received on or after March 22, 2024 will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the total registration fee.
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
