Full Paper Submission

On conclusion of the abstract review, accepted abstracts will be included in the ISSFD 2024 programme. Full papers and original presentations are solicited for the selected submissions. To facilitate the submission process and subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information and deadlines:

• Full papers and presentations should be submitted by 14th April 2024 via the online submission tool of the ESA Conference Bureau. 
• Principle author or contact person to provide full name and contact information. 
• Please also include a short, one paragraph, biography of the presenter in the body of the email if you have not done so in your abstract submission.
• Author(s) to indicate proposed topic(s) - see section "Topics", more than 1 possible)Author(s) to provide full name and affiliation
• Abstracts are to be submitted using the format indicated in the Paper Template here. Should you include tables, figures, or photographs, please do so by including them in the same document. 
• Save the file and submit as a PDF
• Submit presentations in Powerpoint format. 
• Submission of you paper and presentation acknowledges your acceptance for the publishing in the official conference proceedings.
• Poster Presentation dimensions are as follows: 150cm and 120cm  (portrait orientation)
• Paper title - is limited to 50 words. 
• Full papers should be a minimum of two (2) pages and a maximum of eight (8) pages, of text (excluding figures or images).
