Abstract Submission

Papers will be selected on the basis of a one-page abstract. The abstracts should clearly explain the content, relevance and novelty of the proposed contribution and should be submitted before 1 April 2025 containing the following information:

Proposed topic for the paper
Title of the paper
Author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s)
Contact person
Summary of the paper (plain text, max, 600 words)

Authors whose papers are accepted will receive instructions for the preparation of their full-length paper.

Notification to authors
Each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Committee. Acceptance of full papers will be based on appropriateness of the topic, quality, novelty and clarity of exposition. Notice of Acceptance will be sent to authors by 15 May 2025.

After acceptance of contributions, authors will be invited to prepare a final proceedings paper addressing the comments of the reviewers.

Final paper submission
Authors must deliver their final proceedings papers on 1 July 2025 at the latest via the available online submission tool. The final proceedings paper author instructions are available for download here.

Publications
Final accepted papers will be published in MULCOPIM 2025 website (password protected download).

Presentation guidelines
You can download the oral presentation guidelines here. Presenters are kindly requested to complete and send via the online submission form their short CV using the template available here no later than 15 September 2025.
