MULCOPIM’25 participants are invited to join the Welcome Reception which will be held at the “Hemisfèric” in the City of Arts and Sciences.

A shuttle bus will be available from the conference venue to the “Hemisfèric”. There is a 10-minute walk from the “Hemisfèric” to the recommended hotels, so no bus will be available at the end of the Welcome Reception.

Thursday 16 October 2025 - Gala Dinner

Location to be confirmed. 

A shuttle bus will be available from the recommended hotels meeting point to the Gala Dinner and back.
