Poster Presentation Guidelines

Technical recommendations for Poster Presentations

There will be a dedicated Poster Presentation Section in the platform and each Poster gets an own “stand” with an own assigned chat to communicate to visitors.

Please prepare the following 2 documents for your Poster Presentation. These will be uploaded in the portal and are available for download for all participants.

one page PDF poster
additionally (not mandatory), you can upload a presentation, also in PDF, with several slides. This can include further information about the author/s, company, paper etc. (please do not use any animations in the slides)

Important: Please name the files as the following:

Authors Name_Poster (e.g., Adam Smith_Poster)

Authors Name_Presentation (e.g., Adam Smith_Presentation)

Please prepare the document/s until 1st March 2022 and send them to the ESA Conference Bureau via esaconferencebureau@atpi.com . You will receive your log in details to the platform a bit closer to the event dates.
