Registration

Following the change of the event format to being online, the organizers have adjusted the prices for the conference accordingly. Please be informed that the new prices (excl.VAT) for the NAVITEC 2022 conference are the following:

• Online Registration Fee – Student:   EUR 50*

• Online Registration Fee – Early Fee:   EUR  75*

• Online Registration Fee – Late Fee:  EUR 100*

• Online Registration ESA Staff – EUR 0

* VAT is applicable to companies registered in the Netherlands and Individuals. VAT is not applicable to companies which are holding an EU VAT number, International Organisations and companies located outside the EU.

Kindly note that if you already have an existing registration for the conference with the old fees you will receive an email with further instructions. Your registration is still valid, but you will be refunded accordingly. 

Additional information regarding the Registration

• Papers selected for a presentation must have at least one author registered by February 15, 2022 ( A single person can present a maximum of 3 papers. )
