This session will present the final results of concluding activities under the ScyLight strategic programme line in quantum applications and technology development areas. The application studies consider distributed quantum computing as well as distributed quantum sensing, and examine the use of satellite-based entanglement distribution as an enabling element of Quantum Information Network (QIN). The recently completed technology developments focus on quantum memories, EPS, and quantum network simulators.
