Registration

Registration should be completed via the online registration system, to register please click HERE.

Registration is required for all participants attending the 2022 SECESA Conference on Systems & Concurrent Engineering for Space Applications. Oral and poster presenters are requested to register and pay the registration fee by Thursday, 15 September, 2022.

Online Registration Fee

The standard registration fee is €185,00 excluding VAT

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 20 September 2022. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before September 4 2022, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after September 5 2022, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
