ESA, in collaboration with EuMA, are sponsoring two awards for the best contribution to the Space Microwave Week conference.
Prizes will be awarded according to the following categories:
• Space Microwave Week Best Young Professional Paper (1)
• Space Microwave Week Best Student Paper (2)
Selection will be based both the material submitted (i.e., abstract and full paper) plus the presentation. Check boxes will be available at abstract submission in order to be considered for one of the two categories.
Eligibility as follows:
(1) To be considered for the Young Professional Space Microwave Week Prize, the eligible author must be enrolled in industry, government agency, research institute or post-doctoral position from less than 5 years from completion of their last relevant degree at the time of the submission deadline, not be a full-time student or a faculty member, be the first author of the paper, and personally present the paper at the Space Microwave Week.
(2) To be considered for the Space Microwave Week Student Prize, the eligible author must be a full-time student up to PhD level at the time of the submission deadline, be the first author of the paper, and personally present the paper at the Space Microwave Week.
