Above mentioned registration fees are excluding VAT of 21%. For companies located in The Netherlands and individuals VAT of 21% will be applicable and will be added during registration.

• EuMA Member Registration - € 453.75

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

• Cancellations received up until 4^th of April 2025 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of 5^th of April 2025 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
