Abstract Submission Non-IEEE


Abstracts of original papers are solicited for inclusion in the workshop programme. The papers could range from research work or description of new system concepts to description of innovative technologies in design, testing, validation or operation of systems / subsystems including their results. 

Papers (Non-IEEE) will be selected on the basis of abstract submissions which are to be 600-800 words in length (<1 page of A4). Abstracts are to be written in plain text and should not include tables, figures, or photographs. 

During the submission process authors will need to provide the following information:

  • Contact information
  • Paper title (limited to no more than 50 words)
  • Preferred presentation type (oral or poster)
  • Proposed topic related to the abstract submission
  • Name and affiliation of author(s), indicating the prime author or contact person
  • Abstract text
Abstracts should be submitted by Monday, 23 May 2022 via an online submission tool to the ESA Conference Bureau. Click here to access the submission tool. Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official conference proceedings.

Authors will receive a notification of acceptance (or rejection) by Wednesday, 22 June 2022. Authors whose papers have been accepted will receive further instructions for the preparation of their final camera-ready papers. The submission deadline for camera-ready papers (Non-IEEE) is Monday, 19 September 2022.
