Call for Papers

The TT&C conference foresees two tracks for paper submission: IEEE and Non-IEEE.

1. For Non-IEEE, the paper submission is organised as follows:

Authors shall submit an abstract via an online submission tool, no later than Monday, 23 May 2022 (EXTENDED Deadline), during which they will need to indicate their preferred presentation type (oral presentation or poster viewing).
A notification of acceptance (and rejection) will be sent by email to authors on Wednesday, 22 June 2022.
Authors shall send their camera-ready paper, no later than Monday, 19 September 2022.

2. For IEEE, the paper submission is organised as follows:

Authors shall submit a full paper via an online submission tool, no later than Wednesday, 22 June 2022 (EXTENDED Deadline), during which they will need to indicate their preferred presentation type (oral presentation or poster viewing).
A notification of acceptance (and rejection) will be sent by email to authors on Monday, 26 September 2022.
Authors shall send the camera-ready version of their revised paper, no later than Wednesday, 26 October 2022.

Key Points for Consideration

Papers not submitted by the deadline will be removed from the final programme (no paper, no podium).
Papers not presented during the workshop will be removed from the final proceedings (no podium, no paper).
Oral presenters need to upload their biography when submitting their camera-ready papers via the online submission tool. An online biography template can be downloaded from the following link: [Biography Template].
The list of paper titles will be provided in the workshop webpage and will be available during the workshop via a mobile app.
Final papers will be made available for downloading after the workshop.
Both oral and poster presenters shall (1) register, and (2) pay the registration fee by camera-ready deadline. For registration, please click here.
