Exhibition Opportunities

An exhibition will run alongside the ESA International Workshop on Tracking, Telemetry, and Command for Space from 28 November - 1 December 2022, and will provide you with the opportunity to network with delegates, consolidate existing relationships and raise your profile within the scientific community.

The exhibitor package is € 1.500,- excluding VAT and includes:

Stand of 4 sqm in the exhibitor space including a table and 2 chairs.
Power supply, WIFI, and poster panel (only on request).
Complimentary registration for 2 delegates with access to all sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception and social dinner.
Listing of your logo and company name, short description and link to your company website.
Listing of your company name and logo in the digital programme.
Option to insert a single sheet of literature and or gadget into each delegate bag given to participants on site. Materials sent will be reviewed by the conference organisers and should be sent to ESA Conference Bureau in time for insertion - specific dates and quantities will be at a later stage.

Important considerations:

A limited number of additional tickets to the workshop social dinner that can be purchased at € 90,- excluding VAT.
A limited number of exhibition spaces are available and will be allocated on a “first-come first serve” basis.
When sending us your logo please ensure that the format is at least 300 dpi – EPS or JPEG.
