Technical recommendations for oral presentations 

  • Presenters should allocate 15 minutes per presentation (according to the schedule), allowing 5 minutes time for questions and discussion. Care will be taken by session chairs that this time allocation is respected. 
  • A PC will be available for your presentation.
  • Your presentation should be uploaded at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Please upload your presentation on the PC, using a USB memory key. Support will be available during the conference.
  • Presenters should arrive in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and should inform the chairperson.
  • All oral presenters are asked to submit the camera-ready paper via the online submission portal, no later than Tuesday, 30 September 2025.
     

Technical recommendations for poster presentations 

  • Poster can have a maximum dimension of 120cm wide and 180cm high. Push pins will be available at the registration desk.
  • Please bring a printed poster. No printing facilities are available at ESOC.
  • Authors are strongly encouraged to produce a single sheet rather than using multiple sheets of smaller-sized paper.
  • Authors will be assigned a number corresponding to the associated board. Please refer to the corresponding Table displayed next to the registration desk.
  • Posters will be on display during the entire workshop.
  • Posters need to be removed at the end of the workshop. Any poster left will be removed by the organisers. The organisation will not return any poster to the author.
