For OBPDC 2026, a technical paper is mandatory for all accepted presentations. The paper shall be between 5 and 8 pages. Accepted papers will be published with a DOI and made publicly available through the OBPDC 2026 community on Zenodo (hosted by CERN).

Publication of a paper in the OBPDC 2026 proceedings is contingent upon the successful upload of the final PDF version to the OBPDC 2026 Zenodo community by Friday, 9 October 2026.

Full instructions for the preparation and submission of final paper(s), including the link to the OBPDC 2026 Zenodo upload page, can be downloaded from the following LINK. When completed, each submission should conform in format and style to these instruction sheets. Please read all instructions thoroughly to avoid errors that could result in your paper being omitted from publication.
