26C04 - On-Board Payload Data Compression Workshop

Registration is required for all participants attending the 2026 Workshop on On-Board Payload Data Compression. Oral and poster presenters are requested to register and pay the registration fee by Friday, 4 September, 2026. Registration for onsite participation will close 9 days prior to the event start date.

Registration Fee

The registration fee to attend the workshop is 370 EUR and includes:

· Attendance and access to all sessions

· All catered lunches and coffee breaks

· Workshop kit and proceedings

· Social Event

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address which was provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until 4th of September 2026. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before September 4th of September 2026, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after 5th of September 2026, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
