The exhibition will take place in the Grand Foyer area on the first floor of the conference center, providing space for more than 24 exhibitors and a constant flow of participants.

When shipping materials to the conference venue, please download the Exhibitor Shipping Label. Please ensure to include your stand number on the label. The hotel begins accepting advance shipments as of Thursday, 8 June 2023. It is your own responsibility to ship the materials in time and arrange for return shipment.

The final exhibitor stand assignment and floor plan will be sent to all exhibitors prior to the start of the conference.
Please be advised that the organisation does not take any responsibility for any damages or lost items at the exhibition stand. It is the exhibitors responsibility to organise proper insurance.
