Poster Guidelines

Please use the below poster guidelines when preparing your poster:

• All posters shall be in format A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) and oriented vertically.
• All posters shall be in English. 
• It is strongly recommended that posters are laminated or printed on a strong glossy card.
• The posters should be set-up in the morning or afternoon of Tuesday, 13th June (before 18:00). The location will be confirmed closer to the date of the conference to the poster presenter via email.
  
• Materials to mount the poster will be available at the registration desk. Presenters shall be available near their poster throughout the Product and Poster Exhibition to answer any questions. All posters will be available for viewing for the remainder of the conference. 
• The production of a full paper in line with the conference template from all poster presenters is recommended but not mandatory. Papers shall be delivered by the 29th of May and will be published in the conference proceedings.
