Registration

Registration is required for all participants attending the Electronic Manufacturing & Packaging Symposium. Oral and poster presenters are requested to register and pay the registration fee by before the deadline of Tuesday, 01 July.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Standard Registration - (bookable from 01.03.25 till 01.07.25)	EUR 350.00, excluding 21% VAT
Regular Standard Registration - (bookable from 02.07.25 till 06.10.25)	EUR 480.00, excluding 21% VAT
Student Registration	EUR 280.00, excluding 21% VAT
ESA Staff Registration	Free

The standard registration includes:

The Professional Development Course
Access to all symposium sessions
Refreshment breaks according to the scheduled programme
Social activities (Welcome Reception, and Dinner)
Conference kit and proceedings

Note: lunch is taken in the main restaurant at ESA-ESTEC at own expense.

Note: dinner tickets can be purchased at a 90.00 euro surcharge.

Payment Method

Registration payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment is to be settled within 14 days of the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail. The billing address reflected is the address provided when completing the online registration form. Should you instead choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Kindly note that bank transfer payments are only offered until Monday, 22 September, 23:59 CEST. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received:

on or before September 06 2025, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
on or after September 07 2025, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
