Full Paper submission deadline:  21 July 2023.

General Rules:

1.     ‘’No registration, no paper policy’’ - At least one of the authors needs to be registered for the ESPC 2023 for the paper to be definitively accepted (oral or poster) – deadline Early Registration 21/07

2.     It is mandatory to submit the final version of the paper independently of being an oral or poster presentation.

3.     It is the authors' decision to send the final version of the article for publication in IEEE Xplorer afterwards.

4.     The final paper will not be further reviewed, independently if it is submitted for publication in IEEE Xplorer or not. If it is submitted to IEEE Xplorer it will have to comply with IEEE rules.

5.     There is no limit on the number of pages

6.     All the registered participants will have access to the full papers.
