The ESPC 2023 registration fees are as follows:

Standard registration
Early registration	€825	until 21 July 2023
Late registration	€950	after 21 July 2023

Student registration *
Student registration	€350	excluding Gala Event

Retirees, Pensioners
Retirees, Pensioners registration	€450

Additional Tickets
(Additional) Ticket Gala Event	€80

* Please note that a copy of a valid student card, or a letter of recommendation from the University is mandatory to apply for a student registration. This documentation has to be uploaded on the on-line registration form.

Standard registration

The standard registration fee includes:

Access to technical sessions, tutorials and round tables
Catered lunches and coffee breaks
Conference kit
Pre-registration Cocktail on Sunday
Exhibition Cocktail on Monday
Visit of Elche on Tuesday
Mid-conference Cocktail on Wednesday
Gala Event on Thursday
Farewell Cocktail on Friday.

Student Registration

The student fee includes all the points above except the Gala Event on Thursday.

Please note that the ESPC organizing committee offers to University professors a complimentary Student registration. Evidence of his/her status in relationship with the student shall be provided by sending an e-mail with the name and e-mail address of the professor and the student to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com)

Cancellations received up until 4 September 2023, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
Cancellations received as of 4 September 2023 will not receive a refund
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
