The Mid-Conference cocktail will be held in the Huerto del Cura on Wednesday, 4 October. The cocktail is open to all registered participants and the drinks and canapes will be offered by Airbus.

The Gala Dinner Event will be held on Thursday, 5 October. It will start with a Gala Cocktail which will be offered by Azur Space Solar Power and the music during the event will be offered by Saft. Bus transportation to and from the dinner location, will be taken care of by the conference. The dress code for the Gala Cocktail & Dinner Event is Cocktail Attire.
