Last minute registration can be requested via esaconferencebureau@atpi.com.  

All delegates including track chairs, oral presenters and poster presenters must register for the conference in full as per the categories and rates outlined below.

The official registration deadline is June 6th, 2022. For registration process after the registration closure date, please send an e-mail to esaconferencebureau@atpi.com. 

* Student Registration: Please note that during the registration process, students will be asked to send a proof of their status (for example, a valid student ID) as a method of verification.

Early/Late Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to the entire technical Sessions
• Coffee breaks each day of the meeting
• Lunch
• Science Evening on Monday, June 20, 2022
• Conference Dinner on Tuesday, June 21, 2022
• Possibility to join the technical visit to DLR Lampoldshausen on Thursday, June 23, 2022
• Conference Package

Student Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to the entire technical Sessions

A ticket for the Science Evening at Experimenta on Monday, June 20, 2022 can be purchased during registration at € 75.00 per person.
A Conference dinner ticket can be purchased during registration at € 150.00 per person.

VAT

Above mentioned registration fees are excluding VAT of 21%. For companies located in The Netherlands and individuals VAT of 21% will be applicable and will be added during registration. The official registration fees including VAT are:

• Early Registration - € 701.80
• Late Registration - € 822.80
• Student Registration - € 381.15

Cancellation Policy

What you as a participant can do on sustainability

• We would be pleased if you would support us in the sustainable implementation of the FAR 2022 conference and will ask you during the registration for your optional information on how you travel to FAR 2022.
• We suggest buying a flight ticket with free CO₂ compensation. On the website FAR 2022 we inform about possibilities for flight compensation. All calculators allow passengers to estimate the emissions attributed to their air travel. They are simple to use and require only a limited amount of information from the user.
