Registration
The registration fees are as follows:
| Early standard registration (before 1 August 2026) | € 1,050.00 |
| Late standard registration (after 1 August 2026) | € 1,250.00 |
| Students, Non-employed Pensioners, Unemployed registration | € 500.00 |
Registration to the conference will include:
- Access to all sessions
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome reception and Poster cocktails
- Conference dinner
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).
- Cancellations received up until 3 September, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
- Cancellations received as of 3 September will not receive a refund
- Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
