presenter instructions

1. The working language of the conference will be English.
2. Presenters shall allocate a total of 15 minutes for their presentation, composed of 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of Q&A.
3. Presenters are kindly requested to arrive in the meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session and contact the session chair.
4. The presentation should contain clear information with appropriate font size that is legible from the back of the conference room.
5. Handouts of your presentation will not be provided to the participants. However, papers will be made available in the conference app and provided after the conference as proceedings.
6. A PC will be available for the presentations. For performing the presentation, MS-PowerPoint or Adobe PDF Reader will be used.

Poster Presenters

1. Presenters at the poster session shall bring their own printed posters. It is not possible to print a poster on site.
2. Authors are strongly encouraged to produce a proper poster rather than using multiple sheets of A4 paper.
3. The poster shall be A0 format, there is no specific template.  
4. The information on the poster must be free of any business sensitive information.
5. Poster numbers (according to the conference programme) will be noted on the wall panels.
6. Presenters shall be available at their poster during the allocated poster session in order to answer to the conference participants’ questions. 
7. Each poster is allocated to a specific poster session, during the conference 2 poster sessions are organised with different posters on display.
8. Mounting materials are available at the conference venue, posters shall be mounted to the allocated poster board in the morning of the dedicated poster session.
