All participants of IVEC 2025 must register using the online registration system:

Please note that:

Presenters of papers in oral and poster sessions are required to be physically present at the conference in Rotterdam.
We will not accept registration on-site at the conference.
Students are required to register with their corporate e-mail address and students are requested to upload a proof of student status during the registration process.

The registration is handled by the ESA Conference Bureau.

Registration payments can be submitted by invoice or via online credit card payment.
In case you choose for payment by invoice, the ESA Conference Bureau will send you an invoice to the billing address (per email) as provided on the registration form after which you can take care of the payment by bank transfer. Kindly note that the invoice payment option is only available until 29 March 2025. Payment conditions will be listed on the registration invoice.
In case you choose for payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment site.

Social programme

The welcome reception is included for all registered participants (regular, students and retired). The gala dinner is included in the regular registration only, but separate tickets can be added for companions, students and retired participants during the registration process.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

Cancellations received up until 14 March 2025 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.
Cancellations received as of 15 March 2025 will not receive a refund.
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
