Registration

The Remote Sensing of Marine Litter Workshop registration fees are as follows:

Standard registration

• Access to technical sessions
• Catered coffee breaks
• Welcome reception

All fees are exclusive of 21% VAT. Depending on the location of your affiliation VAT might apply.

It will be possible to follow the presentations online (no registration fee), which will be streamed via Teams (however, no recording of the event will be available later). At the registration, you will be asked to indicate if you will attend in-person or online. Oral and poster presentations require in-person participation.

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.

The option to pay by bank transfer is the preferred one. It will be offered until 01 October 2023. After this date, you are required to pay by credit card. In case the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.

On site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard are accepted).

Cancellation policy 

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau (ESAConferenceBureau@atpi.com) 

• Cancellations received up until 15 September 2023, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
• Cancellations received as of 16 September 2023 will not receive a refund
• Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference
