Registration

Everyone who wishes to attend the conference must register in advance. Please note that only participants from ESA member states and Canada are allowed, unless personally invited by the organisation committee.

Registration fee

There will be a nominal fee to attend this conference which will include full access to the conference, a goodie bag, a formal dinner and transportation to and from the workshop venue (Kalavryta). Concessions are available.

Payment Types

The registration form allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Bank transfer is the preferred payment option and will be available until 1 May 2023. After this date, you will need to pay by credit card. In the event that the bank transfer is not confirmed at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay by credit card and will be refunded of the extra payment upon confirmation, if applicable.On-site payment of registration fees can only be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted).

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau by email: esaconferencebureau@atpi.com

  • Cancellations received up until 15 April 2023, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%
  • Cancellations received as of 15 April 2023 will not receive a refund

Any refunds will be resolved after the conference.
