 The hybrid registration fee includes:

• Admission to hybrid sessions

Important: in case the bank transfer has not yet been received at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay the registration fee by credit card on the spot. The extra payment will be refunded upon receipt of the bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

• Cancellations received on or before 17 February 2025, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
• Cancellations received on or after 18 February 2025, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.
