ESA staff / onsite contractors registration includes:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • All catered coffee breaks
  • Workshop kit 
  • Welcome reception

Note:

 ESA staff / onsite contractors can purchase dinner tickets at € 70.00 per person.

Payment Types

The online registration system allows you to pay by either credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you must settle the payment within 14 days starting from the invoice issue date. You will find the invoice attached to the registration confirmation e-mail.

Important: in case the bank transfer has not yet been received at the time of check-in, the participant will be requested to pay the registration fee by credit card on the spot. The extra payment will be refunded upon receipt of the bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESA Conference Bureau (esaconferencebureau@atpi.com).

  • Cancellations received on or before 28 February 2023, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 10% of the total registration fee.
  • Cancellations received on or after 1 March 2023, will incur a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the registration fee.
Any refunds will be dealt with after the conference.
