Authors of accepted papers are invited to submit their 2-page IEEE-compliant final papers and associated forms by 20 February 2017.

General Information

In order to submit your paper for IEEE publication, it is mandatory to prepare an IEEE Xplore compliant version of your final papers using the IEEE PDF eXpress system following the IEEE PDF instructions. All papers have to be received electronically in PDF format.

Please note that the organiser will check that for every paper:
• at least one author has registered to the conference before the paper is included in the conference proceedings 
• the pdf file is IEEE Xplore compliant;
• authors have submitted the IEEE copyright form

Paper Formatting

General guideline regarding the format of the camera ready paper can be found in the Camera-ready Paper template. Papers should be maximum 2 pages.
It is mandatory to follow the IEEE template given for IVEC2017. The templates can be found here:

PDF Conversion

Authors must use IEEE PDF eXpress service to prepare and validate their camera ready paper.

Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at http://www.pdf-express.org/
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information.
You will need the Conference ID which is: 40246X

The online submission site will check the submitted files for compliance and will reject non-compliant files. Failure to comply will prevent proper publication or accreditation of your work.

Copyright Forms

All authors (for both oral and poster presentations) must submit the signed IEEE Copyright Form together with their camera ready paper (see instructions below). The IEEE Copyright Form can be downloaded either in Word format or PDF format.

Submission of Documents

Authors should submit: 
• the created IEEE-compliant pdf file of the Camera-ready paper 
• the signed IEEE Copyright Form (for both oral and poster presentations)
• author’s Biography (only for oral presentations)

Login details are the ones you have chosen by the first time submitting the abstracts.

The paper must be named as follows: IDnumber_Last name_paper (e.g. ID128_Smith_paper)
The copyright form must be named as follows: IDnumber_Last name_copyright (e.g. ID128_Smith_copyright)
The biography must be named as follows: IDnumber_Last name_biography (e.g. ID128_Smith_biography)
