Final Paper Submission Guidelines

We invite you to submit your full length paper(s) for the ESA GNC & ICATT 2026 conference via the online submission portal, no later than 31 July 2026.

• Authors need to submit their full-length paper(s) in PDF format. Author instructions for the preparation of full-length paper(s) can be downloaded from the following link [Word Version] and [LateX Version]. When completed, each submission should conform in format and style to these instruction sheets. Please read all instructions thoroughly to avoid errors that could result in your paper(s) being omitted from publication.
  
  
• It is compulsory for all presenters to submit a full paper. Papers not submitted by the deadline will be removed from the final programme. Papers not presented during the conference will be removed from the final proceedings (no paper, no podium).
  
  
• If constructive advice was given, by the Technical Programme Committee, on how to improve your paper, these will be included in the notification email received. We would like to invite you to implement the suggestions / corrections to your paper submission.
  
  
• All papers will be made available electronically during the conference and can be downloaded after the conference. Each paper will receive a DOI and will be published on the conference repository after the conference, accessible to the public.
  
  
• If the paper is the result of an ESA funded activity, this shall be clearly reported by mentioning the title and contract number in the Acknowledgement section
