Poster Guidelines

• All posters shall be in format A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) and oriented vertically. 
  
  
• All posters shall be in English. 
  
  
• It is strongly recommended that posters are laminated or printed on a strong glossy card. 
  
  
• The posters should be set-up in the morning or afternoon of Tuesday, 29 September (before 18:00). The location will be confirmed closer to the date of the conference to the poster presenter via email. 
  
  
• Materials to mount the poster will not be provided. Please bring your own poster‑mounting materials to the conference.
  
  
• Presenters shall be available near their poster throughout the Product and Poster Exhibition to answer any questions. All posters will be available for viewing for the remainder of the conference. 
  
  
• The production of a full paper in line with the conference template from all poster presenters is recommended but not mandatory. Papers shall be delivered by the 31 July and will be published in the conference proceedings.
   
• If the poster is the result of an ESA funded activity, this shall be clearly reported by mentioning the title and contract number in the Acknowledgement section both on the poster and on the paper (if delivered). 
  
  
• Authors will be asked to deliver a digital version of the poster in pdf format after the conference.
