Social Activities

Aside from the Welcome Reception and Product and Poster Exhibition event, which are part of the conference programme for all registered participants, there are several other social activities organised to network with colleagues from across the world. These additional social activities are included in the standard conference registration fee. Guest tickets however may be purchased at a surcharge. As these social events aren't included in the student registration fee, students will also have the possibility to purchase tickets at a surcharge.

Pre-Registration Drinks Reception

All those who arrive the night before the conference are invited to pre-register and join us for an informal drink. This is the best opportunity to cheer for a remarkable start of the 2026 GNC and ICATT Conference with old and new faces alike.

Welcome Event

We will continue the tradition of kick-starting the GNC and ICATT conference at the iconic Factoria Cruzcampo / Torre Cruzcampo, creating a welcoming environment for newcomers and veterans alike while enjoying great craft beer, local food, and good company together!

Product Exhibition

The aim of the exhibition is to provide a platform for (1) manufacturers involved in the AOCS/GNC subsystems to promote their products, and (2) potential users to obtain a full and up to date overview of the currently available and next generation products.

Come to the exhibition and network with your peers, as well as conference sponsors and exhibitors, while enjoying light hors d’oeuvres.

Gala Dinner

For our Gala Dinner, we have chosen the spectacular Abades Triana, set in the heart of Seville on the banks of the Guadalquivir River. With its stunning views across the historic city and iconic landmarks, it provides a truly memorable setting for an unforgettable evening.

Spend time taking in the beautiful Seville skyline as the sun sets over the city, before watching the lights begin to sparkle across the Guadalquivir. Enjoy a delicious 3-course menu, including drinks, live music and stimulating conversation, all within the elegant surroundings of Abades Triana.

Farewell Event
